Federal Courts
Australia’s constitution provides the judicial branch of the Commonwealth, it establishes the High Court of Australia and it gives the Commonwealth Parliament the power to create other federal courts. Federal Courts deal with most aspects of the law because they have broad jurisdiction, as well as that they deal with a substantial amount of appeals from state and territory courts.
Quinn Lawyers have had extensive experience representing people throughout the Federal Court system in many different areas of the law. Our services in a Federal court matter would include: preparing and submitting an application to the court, extensive preparation for your case, appearance at the court on your behalf, de-briefing with you after the hearing and other important steps.
For further information on each court please click on any of courts as listed below.
